Here in the Marczyk deli, we believe in a better sandwich. First, we start with our very own, freshly baked bread made with Colorado flour. Then, we spread on the delectable, house made condiments. After that, we top it off with all sorts of fresh, delicious ingredients like local tomatoes from Rocky Mt. Fresh, market made Roast Beef cooked to perfectly rare, and so much more.

Grab and go sandwiches

Early each morning, we prepare a fresh batch of sandwiches just for grab and go. Because sometimes, you just want your lunch in a hurry! You'll find the grab and go case stocked with a variety of classic selections, like the deliciously simple Smoked Turkey made with basil aioli and pepperjack on our freshly baked ciabatta. We also sneak in a bunch of fun sandwich specials, so keep your eyes peeled next time you visit because there's always something new (and tasty!) in the grab and go case.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

You can eat at the Marczyk deli for all three meals! OK, so that might be a bit excessive, but no matter what time you wander into the market, the deli has lots of delicious sandwiches to offer. We do bagel sandwiches for breakfast, like the classic New Yorker with lox, cream cheese, red onion, tomato and capers. If you stop by on your lunch break, you've just gotta try our simply perfect and ever-popular Parisian sandwich, made with a freshly baked baguette, French ham & brie, and a little butter. For lunch and dinner, we've got everything from the crunchy, satisfying and veggie-filled Chevrelet to the piled-high Roast Beef.


Charcuter-what? This French term typically refers to the art of cooking prepared meat products, from pâté to sliced ham. Here at the Marczyk deli, it means a wide variety of meats from both near and far, ready to slice for a multitude of purposes! Looking for prosciutto? We have the classic Prosciutto di Parma from Italy as well as a beautifully flavorful and sustainably raised domestic prosciutto from La Quercia in Iowa. Salame more your style? Our slice-to-order salami is from Molinari, a San Francisco-based company that's been making Italian salami for over one hundred years! Of course we also have all the deli meats you'd expect for making sandwiches or appetizers, such as roast chicken and turkey, and ham in several different varieties.

Olives and things

Y'know, all that other stuff! We stock all your favorite olives, from the classic Greek Mix to ripe, fruity Castelvetranos. Plus, the deli packages all sorts of great items, perfect for using as ingredients or often as appetizers all by themselves, such as dolmas and stuffed peppers. If you're putting together a cured meats platter or assembling a cheese plate, your spread just isn't complete without a few olives and things.
