This is the top-notch, the crème de la crème, the finely honed symphony rather than the 80s hair band of farmed Atlantic salmon. Humanely raised in kilts, Loch Duart Salmon grow in pristine waters in northern Scotland. They tend to have better marbling than Pacific salmon, which means richer flavor, and each one has its own little set of bagpipes, which is adorable.

Beautifully tender, juicy, and packed-with-beefy-flavor steaks that are easy to cook on the grill, under the broiler, or in a cast-iron skillet. They tend to be well-marbled, which adds flavor and moisture, but they're not overly fatty.
