Choose from Butcher’s Choice, Extra Lean, and Old School grinds
Order the three grinds (see details below), using the buttons you see below, in one-pound increments through Thursday, 8/29. We will grind everything to order, and you can pick up your fresh grind starting Friday, 8/30.

All the ground meat that you see in our meat cases is ground by us, and we use only Niman Ranch. The network of small family farms that makes up Niman Ranch is devoted to raising animals in spacious, cruelty- and stress-free environments, with no antibiotics or hormones. All of that care, and the fact that the animals can work their muscles they way they're supposed to, translates to meat of the highest quality, and this is the meat that makes up our grinds.
You can order three grinds — save $2 per pound:
1. Butcher's Choice
This is the exact grind we use for our summer Burger Nights, and if you've had a Burger Night burger, no more needs to be said. Butcher's Choice is lusciously 80% lean from a mixture of steak trim and chuck.

2. Extra Lean
Hovering between 90% and 93% lean, our extra lean ground beef contains less steak trim, so more of the very beefy-tasting ground chuck comes through.

3. Old School Grind
And a grind we haven't had for a while: It's a 3:2:1 mix of beef, veal, and pork. The beef gives a hearty and savory essence; the veal brings more depth of flavor and a smooth texture; the pork adds juiciness and even more depth of flavor. Exceptional in pretty much everything.
