Marczyk Fine Foods created this online ordering site to provide our Friends and Family customers with a fast and easy way to order special promotional items that we offer from time to time, as well as
standard items, such as our yummy herb-roasted whole chickens and always-in-demand gift cards.
All you need to do is: (1) select your item(s); (2) check out with any credit card; (3) choose the day and
time window you would like to pick up those items; (4) and there you have it!
Once your order is confirmed, you will see a square-looking bar code thingie in the middle of your
screen and an order confirmation email will be sent.
When we have processed your order and it is ready for pick up, you will receive an email letting you
know!

• “Yes, but can I change my home store?” Sure! BUT…when you do, please remember which store you
selected so you can go to your newly chosen store and pick up your items.
Speak with any of our cashiers and she or he will direct you to where you can pick up your pre-ordered
items, which will already be in a Marczyk bag with your name on it, and you are good to go!
Then it hit me.
No Problem! Your online order has already been paid for, so we won’t charge you again. You can also
shop first and then pick up your online-purchased goodies on your way out.

Yes. Once you have logged in to your account and have added items to your shopping cart, those

THING 1: With any item that is “weighted,” the exact weight may not be able to be determined. For
example, you may order two ribeye steaks, but the weight of each steak could be between 14 and
16 ounces. Please allow for a slight variation either under or over the ordered weight amount.
THING 2: When you complete the Check Out process online, the weighted amount of your order is
an estimate that will later be finalized to the exact weight when we process your order and it is
ready for pick up.
The plot thickens.
Possibly — sometimes that can happen. Certain credit card-issuing banks will at first put a charge in
pending status, but that pending charge will later “drop off” after we complete your order in the
store; at that point the actual amount replaces the pending amount.
Your credit card information is never stored with Marczyk Fine Foods and is never shared with other
parties. Credit card data is replaced with an irreversible token in our system that has no value, and
all cardholder information is encrypted by the credit card processor.
Yes. After login, click on your name in the upper right corner. Select Profile or Wallet to make any
changes you wish. You can also see a history of what you have purchased at the Home Store selected and track your
Lunch Punch Card progress to see how many more are needed for your Free Sandwich!
