The Marczyk Lobster Roll is beautifully simple: we pile a quarter pound of our market-made lobster salad into a brioche bun add a lemon wedge, hand it to you, and let you take it from there.

Our lobster salad is loaded with real lobster, crisp celery, and just enough spiced mayo to bring it all together. It’s rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

We only make these a couple times a year, and this is your moment.
